Recruitment in Bihar Public Service Commission is done by two methods that are mentioned below –
- Direct Recruitment:
- Direct recruitment is done by conducting competitive exam
- Selection will be done on the basis of either of the following procedures that is Written Exam and Interview.
- Promotion:
- The promotion will be approved to civil servants through Departmental Promotion Committee.
- For this contenders must be employees in any department of commission.
- The promotion will be done by the member of the committee, which are posted at the upper level.
