Essential Qualification:
- Class VIII (eight) pass from a recognized School
- Must possess valid LMV -TR /LMV-Cab License (Candidates having a heavy license will be preferred)
- Must be a citizen of India and should be a permanent resident of West Bengal (the residents of the respective zones will be preferred)
Age Limit (As On 01-01-2019):
- Minimum- 18 years
- Maximum-40 years
Relaxation (in Upper age limit):
- For SC/ST candidates-05 years
- For OBC candidates-03 years

- Open the official website of the Department of Health & Family Welfare, West Bengal (WBHFWS) that is www.wbhealth.gov.in
- Now press the “Recruitment” link from the left side of the page.
- On the next page press the “Engagement of 150 contractual drivers under SHTO” link.
- A PDF file of the notification will appear at your screen read the details of the notification carefully.
- Now print a copy of the application form from the below section of the notification.
- Fill the application form as per the rules and attach the required documents with it.
- Keep the filled application form in an envelope and send it to below provided address-
