NTA NEET Application Form
National testing Agency has released notification of NTA NEET 2019, as per the notification National Eligibility Entrance Test will be held on 05 May 2018. Those who want to appear/Apply for the said examination have to register themselves for the same by filling an online application form. The application procedure for the same has been scheduled from 01 November 2018 to 30 November 2018.

Essential Qualification:
- Applicants must have passed 12th or equivalent
- In the qualifying exam, students must have physics, chemistry, and biology/bio-technology and English subjects. Aspirants appearing qualifying exam are also eligible to apply for NTA NEET 2019.
Age Limit (As on 31st December 2019):
- Minimum- 17 years
- Maximum- 25 years

- Open the official website of the National testing Agency www.nta.ac.in
- Thereafter go to “Latest @NTA” section and hit on “Read More” link available with NTA Exams Press Release.
- A PDF File of NTA NEET 2019 Official Notification will appear at your screen.
- Read the complete details carefully.
- Go back to previous page and hit on the appropriate link for the application form.
- Now fill the application form in prescribed format and upload all the required documents.
- Pay prescribed fee.
- Submit the form and take a print out of the same for further use.
