Essential Qualification:
- Must possess a Master’s Degree in concern filed with at least 55% of marks
- Applicants must speak, read and write Odia fluently.
Age Limit (As on 01 Sep 2018):
- Minimum- 21 years
- Maximum- 42 years
Relaxation (in Upper age limit):
- For SC/ST candidates- 05 years
- For PWD candidates- 10 years
Selection Process:
Written test, career and viva-voce test
Pay Scale:
Rs. 9,300 - 34,800 Grade Pay Rs. 4,600 (Matrix – 10 as per 7th Pay Matrix)

- Unreserved category- Rs.500
- SC/ ST/ PWDs Candidates- Rs.200
