- Open uppsc.up.nic.in that is the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.
- After going to the home page you have to hit on “All Notifications/Advertisements” link.
- On the next page press the UP PCS J notification 2019 link.
- Read the notification details carefully,
- Go back to the home page and press the “Submit Application Form” link.
- Fill the application form.
