About Indian Railways:
Indian Railway is the national transporting system which was founded on 8 May 1845. It is the biggest sector of the Indian Government where 1.331 million employees are working. It is the fourth largest railway network in the World with 119, 630 kilometer of total tracks. There are 7,216 total stations and have 13,313 passenger trains which carry more than 22 billion passengers in a day.
Headquarter of Indian Railway is in New Delhi i.e. the capital of India. Because of its large size, it has been divided into 18 Zones, which are further sub-divided into Divisional, each divisional has it’s headquarter. There are total 73 divisions of Indian Railway. Each division headquarter is controlled by Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), who report to General Manager (G.M) of the zone. There are total 18 zones which are listed below-

Applying Procedure For Railway Recruitment:
Step 1: Fill the application form
  • Candidate can go to the official website of railway
  • Search for the notification for which you want to apply.
  • Read the notification details carefully.
  • Press the suitable link to apply online.
  • Fill the application form.
  • While filling the candidate should have all documents which will be required while filling the form (10th marks sheet, 12th marks sheet, identity proof, bachelor degree, photo and signature of you as required size).
  • Fill the educational section, your name as mentioned in 10th marks sheet, your father name, and mother name if required, gender and religion.
  • Click to submit button before clicking button please check all detail that you mentioned in the form.

Step 2: Upload the documents
  • After filling the form it will be required to upload the documents like your e-photo, e-signature and marks if required. 
  • Please make sure that size for photo and signature are of correct size. Photo size should be between 15 kb – 30 kb and signature size should be 5 kb -15 kb. After uploading the required documents move to payment option.

Step 3: Make Payment
  • Make payment after filling the form. The payment can be done in both mode online and offline mode.
  • While filling the payment form candidate should keep beside all details of bank card form him/her making the payment.
  • Fill the details like CVV code, card number and select the bank. For offline mode, the candidate has to make Challan form bank and send to the stated address.


How to Prepare for Cracking Exam?
Railways exam requires required lot of studies and dedications. The syllabus of Railways is quite lengthy and requires lots of practices. For qualifying, the exam candidate should cover the whole syllabus with good revision. It requires practices a lot because the number of is more as compare to given time. Candidate should increase their solving speed day by day, so that you can solve all questions. Follow the steps which are given below and prepare for your exam effectively.

Study Daily-
To qualify any exam you need to study on the daily basis as regular studies reduce the pressure of syllabus and you also get enough time to prepare well for all topics of syllabus. So revise daily what have learned and practices the concepts.
To crack the Railways exam student should manage their time according to the syllabus. Candidates should make proper plan their time for studies and should follow it. You should develop habit of writing as many as possible tests. Students should set their time in which some part of syllabus should be completed.
