Step 3: Notification details will appear at your screen, check the details carefully.
Step 4: Now hit on apply online link.
Step 5: Fill the application form, upload documents and pay the application fee.
Step 6: Recheck the provided details and submit the form.
Step 7: At last take a print out of the submitted form and print a copy of the same for future reference.
