Step 3: On the next page again hit on the above-said link.
Step 4: Notification details in the PDF format will appear at your screen, read the details carefully.
Step 5: Thereafter go back to the previous page and hit on “APPLICATION & ADMIT CARD....Click here” link.
Step 6: Take a print out of the application form and fill it in the prescribed format.
Step 7: Attach the copy of required documents with the application form, keep the filled application form in an envelope and send it to the below address-
